DIET SERAT BANTU TURUNKAN BERAT BADAN
1-SERAT YG TIDAK LARUT AIR
#Ia dpt membantu melancarkan buang air besar. Serat xlarut ini dpt membantu mencegah buasir.
#Sumber terbaik serat yg tidak larut air:
*tepung gandum
*kekacang
*sayuran
2-SERAT YG LARUT AIR
#Serat jenis ini laryt didalam air untuk membentuk suatu bahan yg seperti gel. Serat ini akan mengikat lemak sehingga lemak tidak akn dikeluarkan dari tubuh bersama bahan buangan.
Serat ini berperanan utk menurunkan kadar kolestrol darah.
#Bahan makanan yg mengandungi serat larut air:
*buah-buahan
KEBAIKAN memakan makanan yg mempunyai serat:
*menurunkan risiko gangguan pencernaan
*menurunkan kadar kolestrol
*mengendalikan gula dalam darah
*mengawal berat badan
*mencegah kanser usus
p/s:kepada semua yg bercita2 untuk kurus kn badan 2 leh la amalkn mknan yg mempunyai kandungan serat,selain dpt menguruskn badan serat juga dpt mengelakkn kte dr terkena sebarang penyakit yg kronik.Akhir kata amalkan diet dan gaya hidup sihat.
